The Patient Portal gives you electronic access to your health information, FREE. The secure, internet-based portal allows you to get your most recent office visit summary, which includes your list of medications, medical problems addressed the day of your visit, your plan of care, and due dates for future tests and exams. You can communicate with NHHC providers and their staff, request and view appointment, and reminders, request prescription refills, and review your financial statement/bill.
