Our Clinical laboratory supports our medical team, nurses and other health care providers with important information needed for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and management of disease.

The Laboratory Department offers a broad range of test services for our patients. Laboratory test results are key in diagnosing and monitoring the effectiveness of treatments. We utilize the most up-to-date technology, and a highly skilled team is dedicated to providing excellent service and accurate results in a timely manner.

  • What are the fees for Medical Records?
    Medical records fees for personal requests, insurance, etc. are $25.00 for the first 20 pages, and .50 cents per page thereafter. Radiology films are $8.00 plus mailing fees.
  • How long do you keep Medical Records?
    Record for adult patients are kept for seven years after the last visit. Pediatric records are kept until the patient reaches the age of 21 or seven years after the last visit, whichever is longer.
  • How long does it take to process a medical request?
    Processing a request may take up to 15 business days after the date of the request and some fees may apply (depending on the type of request). Additional time (up to 30 days) may be taken for unusual circumstances such as staffing shortages, purged records, etc.
