The Behavioral Health Care program at New Horizon Health Center offers compassionate and competent care for a wide range of mental health, emotional and behavioral conditions.

Our treatment options at New Horizon Health Center, from counseling to medication management, can improve quality of life and medical outcomes for many illnesses.

Our providers offer specialty care for adult services, child and adolescent pediatric programs, and beyond treatment of psychiatric disorders, promoting prevention and healthy outcomes. Services also offered via Telehealth. We have a group of multidisciplinary professionals that have an individualized approach to the diagnosis of persons with mental disorders and related conditions such as:

  • Adjustment Disorder

  • Alzheimer's Disease and other dementing Illnesses

  • Anxiety disorders and traumatic stress

  • Bereavement and grief 

  • Bipolar disorder

  • Medication assessment and treatments

  • What are the fees for Medical Records?
    Medical records fees for personal requests, insurance, etc. are $25.00 for the first 20 pages, and .50 cents per page thereafter. Radiology films are $8.00 plus mailing fees.
  • How long do you keep Medical Records?
    Record for adult patients are kept for seven years after the last visit. Pediatric records are kept until the patient reaches the age of 21 or seven years after the last visit, whichever is longer.
  • How long does it take to process a medical request?
    Processing a request may take up to 15 business days after the date of the request and some fees may apply (depending on the type of request). Additional time (up to 30 days) may be taken for unusual circumstances such as staffing shortages, purged records, etc.
