What are the fees for Medical Records?Medical records fees for personal requests, insurance, etc. are $25.00 for the first 20 pages, and .50 cents per page thereafter. Radiology films are $8.00 plus mailing fees.

How long do you keep Medical Records?Record for adult patients are kept for seven years after the last visit. Pediatric records are kept until the patient reaches the age of 21 or seven years after the last visit, whichever is longer.

How long does it take to process a medical request?Processing a request may take up to 15 business days after the date of the request and some fees may apply (depending on the type of request). Additional time (up to 30 days) may be taken for unusual circumstances such as staffing shortages, purged records, etc.
